Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Solaris. By creating an account, buying a licence or using the Solaris software or website (the "Service"), you accept them. If you do not, do not use the Service.
2. Your licence
Buying Solaris gives you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the software. We keep all rights to the Service and its code. You may not resell, share or redistribute the software or your licence, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or bypass its licensing or device checks.
3. Your account
Use an accurate email and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to make purchases where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's consent.
4. One PC at a time
A licence runs on one PC at a time. The client links to a PC the first time you sign in. You can remove a PC from your account to move Solaris to another. We may limit how often you switch to prevent sharing.
5. Payment and refunds
Solaris is a one-time purchase ($15 unless shown otherwise at checkout). There is no subscription. Lemon Squeezy sells and processes the purchase as our reseller (merchant of record), so their terms also apply to the payment. Because the licence is delivered immediately, purchases are final unless the law requires otherwise. If Solaris does not work for you, contact us and we will try to fix it or consider a refund. Refunded or disputed purchases revoke the licence.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service unlawfully, share or sell your account or licence, attack or probe our systems, or create accounts automatically. You are responsible for following the rules of any server you play on; using modifications can break those rules and lead to penalties from those servers.
7. Minecraft and third parties
Solaris is independent and not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft or any server. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios, and your use of Minecraft stays subject to their terms. We rely on third parties such as Lemon Squeezy and our host, whose terms also apply.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every game setup or server.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost data or profits. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending access
We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service. You can stop using Solaris at any time.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction].
